The Leadership institute is chartered to create coalitions and partnerships that expand the professional internal and external organization capacities of Syracuse University. Through linking SU faculty to research and community consortiums, the Institute facilitates the integration of research and applied practice through grant writing and evaluation, project management and change interventions and education.
