Syracuse University performance system adopted as standard with reward/recognition incentives created. Resources allocated through technical assistance and education for performance based community agency collaborative initiatives.
Develop a broad based comprehensive prevention and intervention strategies that respond to the environmental challenges of the at-risk population.
Desired Results
A performance system adapted from the Kellogg Foundation and Empire State Advantage program will be implemented by coalition partners and 75% of service delivery providers resulting in clear goals, implementation plans and outcomes.
Through 12 technical assistance and education interventions over 50 organizations (partners and service providers) will improve business practices through documented assessments of current – ideal state and improvement measures.
A prevention and intervention strategy will be developed to track results of program and organizational interventions resulting in a decrease of 50% of high risk youth in negative societal engagement.
