Accomplishments: Coalition Formation
One hundred percent engagement of partners strategic planning components developed and documented (vision, mission, values, strategy plan). Leadership development of partner lead and board representatives conducted in:

◊ Facilitation of meetings
◊ Project management
◊ Problem solving
All traditional youth organizations contacted. Two press conferences and two TV panel presentations conducted in July to present coalition strategy in addressing youth violence.
